PACIFIC HEIGHTS RESIDENCE
SAN FRANCISCO
This project is located in the bustling Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The Victorian-era building had been segmented into apartments a couple decades prior to our introduction to the space. The two-level apartment included underutilized space with lots of opportunity to create something far more functional + beautiful. The remodel included updates to the interior layout, new millwork, a custom steel stair hand + guardrail, updated furniture + custom artwork. The result is a handsome, bright, + sophisticated space.
